Varieties: 85% Grenache + 40 Years, 10% Syrah and 5% Tempranillo

Oak: French Oak, 6 months

Planting: Traditional, 2,5 x 2,5

Terroir: Slate and Quartzite

Harvets: Hand-Picked

Total Production: 100.000 bot.

Winemaking: Selection of grapes took place in the vineyard. The grapes were hand-picked, in 10 Kg. boxes, undergoing then a second selection in cellar. Cold maceration. The varieties were vinified separately. They were each fermented between 25º and 28ºC and left on their lees for up to twenty days.

Tasting Note:

View: Colour deep cherry-red with hints of violet.

Nose: Intense, ripe fruit, blackcurrant and prune. Complex with minerals and floral notes.

Taste: The palate is tasty, with sweet tannins, full-bodied, soft and structured, with a good aftertaste.

Gastronomy: Perfect for a wide range of food matches including cured ham, meats, game and stews.

Service: 16- 18 ºC.
